Q: What kind of paper do you print on?
A: All images are professionally printed on archival matte paper using  archival inks. 

Q: Can you print something at a custom size?
A: Usually! Contact us and we can give you a quote and let you know if the size you need is a possibility. 

Q: Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?
A: Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness levels you have on your screen. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. 

Q: Do you offer framing?
A: Yes, we do! More info can be found here. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my print?
A: For domestic orders: please allow 5-10 days for unframed prints and  7-14 days to receive your framed prints. For international order: please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order. Learn more about our Shipping Policies. 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, we will replace it as soon as possible. 

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If you’re a CA resident, 9% tax will be added to your order.

Q: How are the prints packaged?
A:  8x10 and 11x14 prints are packaged in a clear sleeve with in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a tube. Framed prints will be packed well and shipped in sturdy boxes. 

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safely. Please contact us within 5 days if you received a damaged order- we will replace it as soon as we can. 

Q: Do you offer an industry discount?
A: We love working with interior designers on their projects! Contact us about a possible designer discount. 

Q: Can you help me design a gallery wall?
A: Of course! We love helping our clients design their ideal space. Our clients range from interior design professionals (hotels, restaurants, etc) to large and small domestic spaces. No project is too large or too small.  Don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to chat about a potential project!
